So what is the first thing you need to do as an entrepreneur or business start-up?
I mean the first thing you have to do is to find out what problem do you solve?
There’s three things when you start a business, and the one thing is:
- “Does it solve a problem?” You need to have a solution that solves a problem. And when that is done you have to ask yourself
- “Can I monetize it?” And finally
- “Do you have a passion for this”?
These three components is by my opinion the most important for any start-up, entrepreneur, consultant, coach, whatever it is.
So if you want to build a business then make sure that what you deliver solves a problem, that you can monetize it and you have a passion for it.
