Should I hire an assistant or use outsourcing?

I will say it’s very important that you are working on your business and not in your business, and I mean that you cannot work with all transactional stuff all day long if you want to build a business and move it forward.

So you have to outsource all this tedious transactional stuff. Get an assistant or hire somebody, a VA, a virtual assistant, for instance, to do all these kinds of stuff.

So that you can work on your business and not in your business.
